At ICL, our story began in 2004 with a clear vision: to deliver flexible, reliable logistics solutions backed by expertise and a customer-first approach. In our early years, we operated from office-based locations in West London, steadily building our reputation and laying the groundwork for long-term growth.

By 2011, we had outgrown the office-only model and in 2012 proudly opened our first temperature-controlled unit along with our own warehouse facility—marking a major turning point in our operational capability.

As demand for our services grew, so did our reach. In 2018, ICL was named the 8th fastest-growing company in the UK by the Sunday Times Fast Track 100—a proud milestone reflecting the dedication of our incredible team.

expansion

Expansion continued with the opening of ICL Scotland in 2021, and our first European office in The Netherlands in 2023. That same year, we were thrilled to win the Multimodal Award for Best 3PL, a recognition of our commitment to excellence across the logistics sector.

In 2024, we opened new branches in Bristol and Manchester, strengthening our UK presence, and expanded globally with the launch of ICL Vietnam.

We celebrated a major milestone in September 2024: 20 years of ICL. From a single warehouse to a global footprint, we remain focused on delivering smart, scalable, and people-first logistics solutions.
